TEACH BEAUTIFULLY · TRANSFORMATION BY DESIGN

The creator economy has mastered how to sell education.
It hasn't mastered how to teach.

TEACH BEAUTIFULLY.   CREATE TRANSFORMATION.   BUILD A BUSINESS PEOPLE TALK ABOUT.

I help experts use experiential learning, curriculum design and the arts to
create transformation, not just deliver information.

MORE CONTENT ≠ MORE LEARNING

Your expertise got them in the door.
The learning experience is what creates the transformation.

You can add more videos. More worksheets. More bonuses. More value.

But information isn’t transformation; exposure isn’t learning.

People do not transform because information was presented beautifully. They transform when a carefully designed experience helps them connect new ideas to what they already know, test them, question them, make meaning and apply them.

That is the work of curriculum design. It creates the intentional pathway. Experiential learning brings that pathway to life.

Great educators don’t begin with “What else can I give them?”
They ask: “What do I want them to experience and who can they become because of it?”

THE BUSINESS CASE FOR TRANSFORMATION

Teach less. Transform more.

Your curriculum becomes the pathway. The experience is what moves people through it.

They finish.

A clear, purposeful learning journey replaces the content maze.

They implement.

Practice, feedback and thoughtful facilitation turn ideas into action.

They rave.

Visible transformation becomes better stories, testimonials and referrals.

Fewer refunds. Stronger retention. A premium brand experience.
Clients who become evangelists.

When curriculum design, experiential learning and thoughtful facilitation work together, your clients do more than consume. They change.
That transformation becomes the story that grows your business.

SIX WEEKS · TEN WOMEN · HIGH TOUCH

A transformation studio for ambitious women building education companies.

This is not another mastermind filled with more information. It is an intimate working room where your expertise is shaped into a signature learning experience people finish, implement and talk about.

Bring your real course, program or membership. Together, we use curriculum design to clarify the transformation, sequence the journey and align every lesson with a meaningful outcome.

Then we bring that curriculum to life through experiential learning: inquiry, reflection, conversation, creative provocation, purposeful practice, feedback and application. The arts are not decoration. They are a way of helping people notice, connect, interpret, imagine and make meaning.

The learning science stays backstage. Up front, you experience it through live teaching, coaching, thoughtful critique and practical hot seats on your actual work.

TWO CURATED EXPERIENTIAL ATELIERS

The room is part of the curriculum.

Twice during the program, we gather for beautifully hosted, arts-rich experiences designed to create the kind of learning and connection ordinary networking never does.

These gatherings are experiential learning in action: evocative materials, creative invitations, thoughtful prompts, shared making, honest conversation and reflection. Each detail is intentionally designed to help ideas move from abstract to felt, understood and remembered.

You will experience your own USP from the learner’s side, then examine why it worked and translate those principles into your own program.

The women in the room come from different industries but share similar levels of ambition, generosity and integrity. That cross-pollination becomes part of the learning.

Not networking.
A living example of how transformation is designed.

THIS ROOM IS DELIBERATELY SMALL

For the woman who wants leverage, but refuses to water down her transformation.

You have spent years becoming exceptional at what you do. Your one-to-one work gets results. Your audience trusts you. Now you want to scale your knowledge without flattening it into another forgettable course.

You want a curriculum with intellectual integrity, an experience that invites genuine participation and a program that feels beautiful, human and alive. You care not only about what your clients know, but what they can understand, do and become.

You are not “just a course creator.”
You are the founder of an education company,
and transformation is your product.

EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING · CURRICULUM DESIGN · ARTS-BASED PRACTICE

Alana designs the conditions for transformation.

Alana Chernecki, M.Ed., has written curriculum, taught future educators at universities and colleges, led professional learning internationally and built a global online education community of her own.

Her distinctive methodology brings together rigorous curriculum design, learning science, experiential learning, the Arts, inquiry, play and thoughtful facilitation.

Curriculum gives transformation structure. Experience makes it meaningful. The Arts make it felt, interpreted and remembered.

This is not education theory transplanted into business. It is a deeply practiced approach to helping human beings change, and to building an education company whose reputation grows from the results its clients experience.
